BOOKING AND PAYMENT

No deposit is required to book the accommodation. 

Reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card.

Some fares are non-refundable and may require full payment at time of reservation.

Any amount due must be payed on check-in .

The In Porto Guesthouse is entitled to payment of any sums due for accommodation, breakages, damage or other losses, using the credit card or debit card provided.

DAMAGE AND BREAKS

Guests are responsible for any breakages or damages to the property of In Porto Guesthouse.

Any damage must be notified to the In Porto Guesthouse as soon as they occur.

Damage or loss shall be charged / debited to the replacement price

BREAKFAST IN THE ROOM

Breakfast in the room is possible for an additional fee of 5€.

EXTRA BED

The extra bed has an additional value of 35€.

CRIBS

Crib (up to 3 years) is free, however reservation is required.

PETS

Pets are not allowed.

​

REDUCED MOBILITY

The In Porto Gallery Guesthouse is not equipped for people with reduced mobility.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Any reservation canceled up to 3 days prior to arrival (62 hours) will not be charged.

If the reservation is canceled later or in case of no-show, the entire stay (excluding extras) will be charged.
