Common Areas
If you are staying in the standard rooms, you will be able to use the common areas of the guesthouse.
You can meet the reception area at the gound floor where you can find temporary art exhibitions. The kitchen area is situated in the 1st floor and is where breakfast is served every morning. Also at first floor you can find the deck and the garden where breakfast can also be enjoyed every day. Also available an honesty bar with coffee, tea, portuguese wine, Porto wine and some snacks to enjoy in the quietness of the garden or with friends.
Rooms
All standard rooms of the guesthouse have private bathroom and are equipped with a work desk, minibar, kettle, LCD TV with international cable channels, free wireless internet and individually controlled air conditioning. Enjoy the high quality mattress (latex or Memory Foam) and a pillow menu. All rooms have private bathroom equipped with shower or tub, hairdryer, high quality towels, slippers and cosmetics. Some rooms allow extra bed but all can be equiped with a cradle if requested.

Family rooms are fully equiped as if they were your own home featuring a double room, an extra room with two bunk beds, a private bathroom, kitchen (equiped with fridge, oven/microwave, dishwasher, coffe machine, toster, kettle, etc) , living room and balcony. All the above features presented in the standard rooms of the guesthouse are also present in the family rooms.
